Thank you for shopping with Crop Culture. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refund Policy (Thrifted Items)

All items are thrifted and carefully curated, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer any cash refunds, bank refunds, or store credit for change of mind, size issues, colour preferences, or any other personal reason.

Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for exchange if the item received is incorrect, wrong, or not as ordered. In case a wrong item is delivered, you can request an exchange.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

An item will only be accepted for exchange if:

• It is unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• It has no stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or signs of wear.

• All original tags and packaging are intact.

• Proof of purchase or the Shopify order number is provided.

• The requested replacement item is available in stock.

As most of our products are limited or one-piece articles, the same design or size may not always be available. In that case, the customer may select another available item of equal value. If a higher-priced item is selected, the price difference must be paid.

Exchange Delivery Charges

The customer is responsible for all delivery charges involved in an exchange, including returning the original item and receiving the replacement item.

Exchange parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear pictures and an unboxing video.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after 48 hours may not be accepted. If the claim is approved, Crop Culture will arrange a replacement at no additional delivery cost.

Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered a defect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
