Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused the parcel, or provided incorrect information.

Crop Culture is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services. However, all purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Crop Culture.

Shopify is not responsible for any sale, product, delivery, exchange, loss, damage, or dispute arising from a purchase made through Crop Culture.
